only that her textured are a bit flat, titania's braid would probably work REALLY well for the lower portion

Level to your preference! If you want stronger highlights, make it lighter

Put your gradient layer on top and set it to subtract

Custom highlights for FFXIV hair:

- grab the red channel from the mask texture
- level until its defined, but textures are smooth
- create gradient layer you normally would for highlights, but inverted so black is the highlight area
- layer it on top and set to Subtract
