When I was paragliding we had a theory that it relates to build up of pollution from commuter traffic during the week then come Monday when it's had the weekend to clear better weather returns. Seems to happen too frequently to be coincidence.

Helen it's perfectly ok to not disclose being trans & if required there is a process with DBS where you can let DBS know & disclose a previous name for the checks & DBS won't then pass that on via the certificate.
The way things are with the SC court ruling I would avoid disclosure.
