Yeah, I found it difficult to articulate too. It was such a personal project - from the player's perspective and the devs.
I agree with this too. Though I absolutely loved Thimbleweed Park. But they are two different beasts really.

Happy anniversary, Return to Monkey Island (2022) 🥳 I was on holiday when it was released so I played it on the Steamdeck in a hot tub which was different.
I loved it. The ending was beautifully melancholic, relatable, and will stay with me for a long time.
