This is a Sandwich Tern to me. The pale bill tip makes the bill look shorter and the pink flush is the reflection off the bouy.

I've just had a batch of drawings returned that were done in the 90s for various newsletters, reports, atlas etc for #NTBC . After 30 years I expected the worst but most aren't bad! 🙂
