They may seem intimidating, as one of the largest dog breeds, Irish Wolfhounds are affectionate, gentle, And great with kids. I remember seeing one every now and then in my old neighborhood in Ottawa and I was always blown away by their size! Day 7 of #doguary done!

Love this! Years ago my black floofy Pomeranian made friends with an Irish wolfhound in the park and they would run back and forth-my Pom literally running under the wolfhound. One of my favorite memories. Gentle giants π
