Its is always very sad to see a neglected case. Mr.Hazrat ali, a 39 years old farmer came to me with left sided flank pain. On ultrasound, a cystic kidney was found with no cortical tissue. On DTPA rengram split renal function was only 2% in left side.It happened due to PUJ obstruction.

Mr.Sujon, 32 years male with history of road traffic accident diagnosed as a case of pelvic fracture urethral injury (PFUI). Immediately SPC catherization was done. After 5 months today we done anastomotic urethroplasty. Hopefully patient will be get well soon.

If it invade the muscle layer , then its very difficut to remove. Then removing the entile bladder with creation of a new bladder or bypass is dine.

43 years old male, came with features of appendicitis. Though appendicitis is uncommon at this stage, but investigation revealed (x ray KUB) a large fecolith and we successfully done the operation and found a large stone (Fecolith).
45 years old lady, diagnosed as a case of carcinoma cervix at an inoperable stage. 21 cycles of radiotherapy was given. Then she developed bilateral moderate hydronephrosis. With the help of patient’s luck and our technical team, finally i was able to do bilateral placement of D-j stent.

15 years old girl, diagnosed as a case of acute appendicitis. Open appendicectomy done.
Now the patient is recovering well.
40years old female came with a left loin pain and lump for 7days with a history of pelvic surgery for a gynaecological cause 20 days back.
Lower part of ureter was found ligated.
NB:Itrogenic ureteric injury is not uncommon but if found, it is commonly lethal.
