But I don’t think it’s a case of not learning. When you get that low in energy, your brain isn’t functioning well and can’t always make the connection to what you need or remember what helped last time.

I know a few people (not just ME/CFS) who benefit from that - and some of them I will ask when they last had an injection when they’re feeling more exhausted than usual. It’s often the answer.
