My Beaver Sweetie and I are still in Puerto Vallarta
We weren't able to leave today, as planned
I wanted the DamFam to hear directly from me, in my own voice, that we were O.K.
Thank you all for the love and support.

Hello Kind Soul,
We are O.K.
A bit unnerved as we were within minutes walk of some of the action, but we are following all official advice.

Well, that settles it.
I officially dislike Olympic-rules hockey.
The three-on-three overtime thing takes too much of the skill out of it.
๐จGOOOOOOAAAAAALLLLL!!!๐จ
Now that's the stuff!
Cale Makar from Devon Toews
Yikes!
That was gawdawful!!
Power play time...
Whoops!
Now 5 on 3 Power Play time...
Let's go ๐จ๐ฆ
Let's make it happen.
Mr. Beaver, doing his patriotic duty...

As was the case for Mark Carney, CBC did a fact check on mentions of Stephen Harper in the Epstein files

That much was so good, as Kit Saucy says, it deserved to be scheduled for prime time hours
Awwwww, fudgesicles!!

13. This is a party that appears to have no legitimate purpose for existing, at least where representational politics are concerned
Genuine, good conservatives should abandon it and build something new
This party is unsalvageable
12. The meltdown is real
And it's becoming increasingly clear to Canadians that the CPC - given tactics, methods, and slander - is not a party for the people, but against the people (even members of its own caucus, allegedly elected to FIRST represent you, not the leader/party)
11. Well...
About that...
Lookie what's creeping out of the woodwork, now that Jeneroux has crossed...
10. And though, at the time, Jeneroux denied coercion from the Liberals played a role in his resignation, he did not explicitly deny coercion from his own party, despite a cryptic 'leave my family alone' message that had people scratching heads
19.02.2026 17:51 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 09. This appears to be corroborated by that which Ryan Jespersen's keen ear to the ground has been able to gather
youtu.be/LCx145VaGAg?...
8. And about those Scheer-alleged "pressure tactics" by Liberals to force Jeneroux's resignation...
Well, meh, not so much...
SHOCKER ๐ฑ, seems Scheer [insert le big gay gasp here] lied...
7. Well lookie at who SUDDENLY now has a problem with it
๐
NOW, that Jeneroux has crossed, seems like the party wants to financially kneecap its former caucus member (though it seems it may have abused of taxpayer dollars to prevent him from voting with Liberals in the House)
6. At the time, everybody in the party (and the country) knew that Jeneroux would be collecting salary, benefits, and accumulated pension time, for being a part-time MP (at least where work on Parliament Hill and in the House was concerned)
And they had no problem with that
5. Jeneroux had already not been caucusing with the party, and was not in the house for critical votes to support the CPC in opposing the budget
Given the announcement of his resignation, there was no expectation he would return
4. Because how embarrassing, inconvenient, and ๐ถaaaawk-waaaaard๐ต would it be for ReRun to go into a leadership review vote with not only two floor crossers, but also a lost seat, in Alberta of all place, and this as a result of a vote...
๐
3. Our hypothesis then was that given the PM immediately called a by-election for Damien Kurek's seat, Pierre "ReRun" Poiliรจvre feared the PM would do the same for Jeneroux's, creating the possibility the CPC would, by a vote of Albertans, lose a seat prior to the leadership review
