I would honestly recommend putting Columbo in the bg to anybody suspecting they're Autdhd because
1.) not loud
2.) designed to be forgotten about but you can still follow the plot at any time
3.) every episode is about 1 1/2 hours, so you can time yourself

The entire thing is up for less than $13. This is insane.
