I don't know what to do with this intense surge of gender dysphoria. I feel like I'm drowning

Feel bad abt coming back here just to vent, but the more I explore my gender identity the more I feel despair over never being able to fully express my true self outside of online spaces. I'm looking into taking steps to get top surgery, but it won't stop people from seeing me as a "woman" will it.

sadly my meds absolutely killed my libido and the interest i had in handmade toys. im not sure if i'll keep my collection or get rid of it, but i dont think i'll ever be active again
