and yeah! there are a lot of people in this community that make me feel at ease! but joining a fandom event that involves frequent conversation has really helped!

if it's because working with a lovely collab partner has improved my confidence in text conversation, then it's good. if it's because med withdrawal has made me lose inhibitions, then i'm worried.

there's so much anxiety that comes with overcoming social anxiety. i've started to feel less nervous about posting/talking online, but also the lack of nerves makes me nervous. I feel like i *should* be overthinking everything i say. why am i not? what if i'm saying really weird shit or worse
