And despite everything I've done to this point, I'm not entirely satisfied with the hands or feet. It's probably just something I'll have to iron out with rigging and getting it into VRChat, but who knows?

Alright - I'll say it.

After about a month after starting this, I can confidently say that I understand the pain 3D modelers go through.

Getting the hands and feet right just stinks, and no amount of referential material will help you if you don't understand how to make things flow right.

It's more a mock-up at the current moment, wanting to briefly animate working blendshapes and all that.

I have ideas for a proper animation in its early concepting stages though, so there's that as a possibility when this model is finished!

Beginning work on 3D modeling for once.

The problem is that I am a literal ape where practical application is involved.

I've got a lot of residual knowledge of how things in Blender work. Now I just need to compile all that knowledge together and make something.

The thing about this is that you can double/triple dip into this tool by applying it to a folder, make a new folder, and put the existing one in the new folder and then add the border effect to it again.

I may or may not be using this as part of an animation I'm working on so you've been warned!

It's something I had meant to meddle with, but there's just not enough metallic-sounding clips (that I think fit, mind) that work well for the semi-digested part.

I may give it a once-over at another time, but I have other animations in the works that are taking priority!
