Had a discussion with coworkers on improving grades. Talked about the idea of grading effort over accuracy. As well as improving grades overall with a low-key hint at micromanaging.

Been thinking that this esports battle I’ve been on since 2018 is at a a stalemate. AD said in a roundabout way that esports isn’t going to be recognize in the sporting realm.
Support for what I do comes off as not genuine. Good job, keep it going. Yet no one shows up for my kids.
Another PD day in the books. We were introduced to techniques from 2001 that we should implement to increase ownership in student work.

But thinking about it why should we let a test dictate what our students want to be in life? Some students are still discovering their personality and next move..

Gonna be honest. It’s been a bit tough trying to be creative as of late. It’s like I told the wifey I feel exhausted.
So going thru the steps and trying to make time to get a sketch in here and there.

Make work day in the classroom. So I had across the spider verse playing as background sound for the class. Also I drew this.
