Harvard’s Houghton Library showcases typists’ contributions to arts and literature After two years of research, the free exhibition featuring artifacts of women's type labor in the late 19th and 20th centuries opened on Jan. 26 and will run through May 1.

A celebration of the (female) typists working for (male) authors with a new exhibition at the Houghton.
