Kinda wild when you think about it

Spiderman overpowered Bucky and Captain America

But struggles somewhat against Green Goblin

So Green Goblin is probably stronger than Captain America

I don’t want to quote the person asking about why the trains are so dirty though I largely agree with their assessment. But often the cleanliness of Japan is attributed to cultural norms & while that plays a part the answer is that in USA we chose to fund police instead of train custodians.

A clock and three gardening tools against a deep navy fence. A frozen treat melted on the street. The stick and gumball eyes suggest a face and the melted icecream make it appear like a ghost A closed flower bloom of delicate pink on the background of layers of deep green leaves, with a blurry set of blossoms still cover with green. A view from a tall hill in san Francisco, looking out to the water at sunset with fog creating layers of depth through the hills.

Life is wild and thus I exist in a liminal state. Here, some pictures to remind you I'm alive.

The average American diet requires about 2 acres of land per person per year (and that’s food grown and raised by people who are experts at growing and raising food)

I care less about Signal chats and more about the blacksite offshore concentration camps we're sending random people to without any semblance of a trial, so I'll be interested to see if the national media can rub their bellies and pat their heads at the same time this week. Historically they can't.

Rip Chief Pontiac, Odawa leader, died this day 1769.

"They came with a Bible and their religion, stole our land, and crushed our spirit, and now tell us we should be thankful to the Lord for being saved."

Feds Uncover Terabytes Of Free Speech During Raid Of Protestor’s Residence WASHINGTON—Following a daring operation that saw authorities seize the man’s property and detain him in an undisclosed location, FBI director Kash Patel announced Thursday that federal agents had uncovered 43 terabytes of free speech from local protestor Andrew Wyman’s residence. “Every American should be chilled to the core by the overwhelming display of constitutionally protected […]

If you get old enough, and travel any at all, you start to meet the same people over and over. They are different humans. But they look and act so similarly as to be one person. Maybe that's just my weird pattern recognition. #humans #neurodiverse

It's good that there's a 25% tarriff on imported coffee now. This will incentivize people to purchase American coffee, grown in the New Jersey coffee forests

Black and white photo of a shorthaired tabby kitten appearing to burst through a sheet of white paper in a dark frame. Text at the bottom reads “sauve qui peut”.

“Sauve qui peut”. This is a French phrase that translates to something like “run for your life!” or “every man for himself!”, indicating a chaotic or dangerous situation. Postcard from my collection, no date/info.

More than half the drop in America’s total fertility rate is explained by women under the age of 18 now having next to no children

Aka yay! Good news!

Stop letting unfunny men tell you there’s something wrong with you for not getting their “jokes”. Stop fake laughing. Let their reality reflect the truth of how fundamentally they misunderstand humor. Neuter their ability to use “it was a joke” for emotional cover. Make them see nobody laugh.

Stood outside for hours in the mid-20s temperatures in DC on Inauguration Day 2009 and we were proud to be there, freezing our asses off. The Smithsonian museums opened up after so we could go inside and warm up. We are about to be led by such punkass bitches.

🚨 hey just a heads-up to everybody. this is not a big deal, but i really feel like the best place for the cheese grater is the second shelf to the left of the sink, above the plates and bowls. some of you keep putting it in the utensil drawer, and it takes up way too much space there. thanks!

Oooh, what a good thought! I would very much like to keep this one so I’ll just write it down and then it’ll be mine forever, so while I look for a pen I’ll just repeat it in my head over and over and over and that’ll make sure I don’t aaaaand it’s gone
