Two years today! So thrilled and honored—and to have won the AOM Terry book award this year was icing on the cake.

Shared Sisterhood is one-year old today! Tina and I have been so thrilled with the reception our book has gotten around the world.
From being rated a top 10 business book of 2022 by Forbes Magazine to being a finalist for a Thinkers50 breakthrough idea award, it truly is a gift!

Working on a piece on the gender pay gap right now, and we are reading and citing Claudia Goldin’s work daily. So amazing to see her recognized by the world!

Yay! Incredibly deserved. Important to note that Claudia's work extended far beyond women in the labor market. Also pioneered the empirical revolution in labor economics more generally, and did important work on inequality — her Great Compression paper had a profound influence

Huge congratulations to Claudia Goldin, Nobel in Economics! So happy to see someone working on gender inequality in labor markets honored with this prize.

(Also the closest I'll ever come in a citation network to a Nobel winner.)
