You can go to your character, click on the dropdown under their name labeled "Primary" and then go to "+ Join Universe". Then you can type in the name of whatever you want your universe to be. Then when you send proposals you will see that same dropdown.
It's because I'm digesting people... You could do it in another universe... or you wait till I'm all free in primary~

A lot of times people don't realize that the settings they put restrict them. If any single point is outside of what they allow, then it completely cancels it. I've had to tell some people to change their settings in order to get them stuffed away~
