This air war followed the Doval Doctrine approved in 2014 by #Modi. So did the GOI responses to the 2019 & 2016 crises. So why hasnt India seen results yet? I wrote this 8 years ago and its still true. #India lacks conventional mil. supremacy and the US lost leverage on #Pakistan. The key is #China.
