I’ve got a pebble and not received any complaints about a lack of strength 🤣.

There’s very little fibre in pizza which helps keep you regular. The bases are made from highly refined white flour and the cheese and tomato are also highly processed, none of which will have much fibre.
Throw in not drinking enough fluids, and your digestive tract will really slow down

If you want no neck at all, then the Worlds Most Comfortable Butt Plug (WMCBP) from Mr S Leather is the one to go for but I find relatively blunt and difficult to get in, so not ideal for rapidly sizing up but good for long term wear
