I also have to take Vit D now due to increase in epilepsy meds and avoid bone density issues later in life.
Epilespy, sleep problems, low energy.
Have been thinking for a while about going on #Keto diet, but with reoccurrence of seizures thinking this now needs to be tried out.
Anyone have any experience?
