We need a literacy revolution. It’s imperative to develop habits of reading complex ideas. Without that, our defense of democracy is fragile. Knowledge is power. We need to prioritize reading challenged and educational works that prioritize history and science that equip us for critical thought.

Basic survival shouldn’t depend on income. Everyone should have guaranteed access to essentials. The goal should be dignity and security for everyone, not unlimited resources for some.
