Got some new shoes yesterday for my faster sessions. These will do nicely as I reawaken my legs to intervals shorter than 800m. I’ve been doing 8x200 in NB 1080s, and while that’s not horrible, it’s not really a shoe that helps me turn over. These feel more fun.
