No it was mostly used in secondary sources. A design was created for the film and used on the full size AAT model, but it can’t be seen in the film.

Yep these are two variations.

The first one (0012) was originally used on a model of the AAT in Episode I, while the TF monogram was used more prominently for several years.

Recently, in Battles that Changed the Galaxy and the Acolyte, the original design has been starting to be used again.
