Oh yeah, i loved them as a kid. 2 tone was the first music scene I was really into, it also helped reinforce the political ideology that was already strongly forming,that was cast in iron a few years later by the miners strike(being from West Yorkshire). The Beat were 100% my favourite group then.

Now that is also a tune as well, for me the closest record to original ska out of all 2 tone , fantastic track!!

It's great, I mean i think the Specials are the most important group out of 2 tone, and ghost town probably the single greatest song but The Beat are my personal favourite and for me number two from that genre. That LP is 2 tones greatest i would say, though maybe I'm biased lol
