This quote πIf you've had coaching I'm sure you can relate to this! It's incredible how much a session can help you to see new possibilities where before you saw none. Something that is incredibly powerful for anybody, but is particularly transformative for people stuck in the justice system.

Five years ago, we started coaching prison staff...
Since then, our life coaches have delivered over 500 sessions, giving prison staff a space to reflect and develop tools to manage stress, build resilience, and improve their own wellbeing, and in turn, that of people in their care!

After an extensive build up with Oasis Restore & CNWL, we ran our first HJ during Oct half term!
Following group workshops & 1:1 coaching sessions, the children told us the programme was "profound" & "they really enjoyed it."
We're looking forward to the next group in Feb π

Background of Spark Inside coach facing mad with in coaching session with quote text:
"One of the main challenges in coaching was learning how to unpack, deconstruct, and reassemble that system to serve me in a new context. Our conversations centred on how to repurpose these systems and disciplines to help me thrive in a different environment."
Whilst in prison, Daniel decided to be 'the change he wanted to see'.
Through his coaching sessions with Spark Inside coach Lynn, Daniel was challenged to turn his vision into action.
