I was going to say that! Watered down coffee for Americans (and Canadians too, if we are honest).

What are referring to? Is there an abundance for CBT therapists due to Trump or do you mean something else?

Hungary's transformation into an 'electoral autocracy' has parallels to Trump's second term U.S. conservatives have looked to Hungary's Viktor OrbΓ‘n as an inspiration for a right-wing America, and the prime minister has become a close ally of President Donald Trump

It's long term Orban-ism we need to worry about the most.

I'm not American but this seems like a bigger attack on free speech. It won't be long before Trump does this to individuals vs. organizations like CBS. Or is Trump already doing it?

En français, ils sont des connards! Look it up. That's what we should start calling them after years of hearing the word "libtard"

DEI isn't there to hire unqualified people of colour, women or people with disabilities... it's there to make sure they get a shot if they are better than or equal to a white male.

The only people who don't like DEI are mediocre white men. If you are triggered by this, you might be mediocre.

10% is alarmingly high. Let's hope it goes down as Trump continues to implode his own country. But we have to be careful as this could rise.

After years of being called "libtards", I have a proposal for what we should call MAGA rightwingers: connards!

Con = conservative
Ards = similar ending
Connard = *sshole in French

As seen in the Guardian (a UK not for profit newspaper without any corporate or political influence): Nothing to see here... just a government bureaucrat / watchdog getting fired and Trump only violating a tiny law that requires 30 days notice to Congress for such removals.

What are you communicating here? Is this a good, neutral or bad thing?

Last year I created a new stand up comedy competition event called PNW LOL Showdown with Cascadian comics from both sides of the border. I envisioned it to include any comic from BC, Washington & Oregon. Trump ruined my vision and I am not sure what Year 2 will look like. πŸ˜•

Not much to see as I am not looking to gas up anymore. And no more fun trips to Bellingham, a cool city I appreciate. Sad that Trump has brought us to this point.

2 of 2: I also wonder if the weather has something to do with it. It's cold or BC people prefer not to drive too much when there's snow on the ground. That being said... I am positive they are seeing less traffic overall.

To be fair, I've seen it empty many times like this before. It was also Sunday night so it would be mostly Americans going back. I live 5 minutes away from the border and used to gas up south of the border (not anymore) so I would often check how busy it was before I left.

After years of hearing right wing conspiracies, let's try not to do the same from rhe left/center.

Unbelievable!

But the Right were doing the same thing, and I guess they feel justified now. But also, yeah... reasoning doesn't work either because they don't accept "facts". Sigh. This is going to be a long 4 years... which could turn into the rest of our lives if no one stops Trump's dismantling of democracy.

Great video. I agree with everything she says. But her vibe reminds me of how right wingers talk. Entertaining but I wouldn't share her video with a right winger as they wouldn't listen. We need to resist, persist, but I am not sure I agree with being "annoying"... which is how I see right wingers.
