(altho I guess the ppl they care about catering to being interested in this character aren’t the same as ppl like us who were interested in him for different symbolic/narrative reasons…BUT STILL)

💯 but on the flip side…all this insistence on Kylo-Ben being the Skywalker/Vader blood heir & realizing ppl are interested in him after killing him off is just 😵‍💫🤡 to me…like I kind of just have to laugh at this point??

*by favorite I mean like...sweet potato and key lime pie are also def up there in my top 3 (guess I'm truly a southern girl deep down)

normally I don’t really associate myself with being American™️ for a lot of complicated reasons BUT the fact that apple pie is my absolute favorite* kind of (fall dessert) pie means I can’t escape it 😔

my apartment usually does fun lil seasonal goodies and treat stands (today’s was a pie stand) but I was NOT expecting them to be handing out entire whole pies to everyone today !!

it’s kinda like…I think anyone could watch HotD without having seen GoT or read the asoiaf books just fine, but doing the latter probably gives you more insight into the world building than what’s just onscreen 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’ve seen the newest film adaptations of Dune so I do have some knowledge based on those 2 films but nothing beyond that! I think the show does a decent job of set up for a totally uninformed viewer tho

honestly, I really enjoyed the first episode of dune: prophecy even though I know very little about duneverse lore in general
