Cancel culture isn’t just a hashtag, it’s the go-to weapon of the very crowd that cries about it the most.

The loudest critics are now its biggest champions, using corporate power to muzzle dissent.

BREAKING: THE SUPREME COURT WILL TAKE UP A REPUBLICAN-LED APPEAL TO ALLOW PARTIES TO SPEND UNLIMITED AMOUNTS OF MONEY IN FEDERAL ELECTIONS

THE REPUBLICAN PARTY IS ASKING THE COURT TO BUILD ON THE DISASTROUS 2010 SCOTUS RULING CITIZENS UNITED V. FEC, WHICH ALLOWED CORPORATE FUNDED SUPER PACS TO SPEND UNLIMITED AMOUNTS OF MONEY IN SUPPORT OF PRO-CORPORATE POLITICIANS. THE CASE WILL BE ARGUED IN THE NEXT SCOTUS TERM, LIKELY IN FALL 2025 OR EARLY 2026.

🚨 BREAKING: The same corrupt forces tanking our economy and stripping our rights away now want zero limits on how much cash their parties (and billionaire/corporate donors) can flood into our elections.

This effort isn’t about free speech, it’s about buying power.

Wonder why legacy media and the political establishment is in panic mode after last week's victory in NYC?

18 to 24 year olds were the LARGEST share of voters in the NYC mayoral primary last Tuesday.

Proof that when young voters turn out, we win.

BUT CHANGE TAKES COURAGE

We need to make the necessary investments in social infrastructure that ensures the American workforce is the highest skilled and most educated in the world. That means fully funding public schools (including both college and trade-school opportunities) and providing universal childcare for American families. It's long past time for us to reform these archaic systems and invest in the American worker.

We are capable of reforming these systems and investing in equal opportunities for workers of all backgrounds, but it’ll take some political courage.

AS WAGES FLATLINE ON THE STREETS, WEALTH RISES TO THE SUITES

These wealthy corporations have a track record of undermining American workers and wages by replacing them with H-1B workers for lower pay.
While the program could have benefits if used selectively, US corporations have historically exploited migrant workers while undercutting American job security. There is all but one winner in a system designed to extract maximum profit from labor at the lowest possible cost:
uber-rich corporate executives.

ALL WORKERS DESERVE HOLISTIC REFORM

American corporations shouldn't be financially incentivized to exploit migrant workers seeking to contribute meaningful work to our economy. We need to build an immigration and visa system that's both humble and values migrant labor equitably, without undercutting American jobs and pay.Workers from all backgrounds deserve an equal opportunity to make a living wage.

WHY IS IT TRENDING?

The program has been under recent scrutiny after billionaire oligarch Elon Musk tweeted his support for the program, followed by President-Elect Donald Trump sharing his support online. Within a few days, Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) released a statement of his own, denouncing Elon Musk and declaring the program a means to "replace good-paying American jobs".

Graphic reading:

WHAT IS THE H-1B VISA PROGRAM?

In summary, the H-1B Visa Program allows employers to temporarily retain foreign workers in specialty occupations, typically those that require specialized knowledge or a four-year degree. While the program was intended to fill labor shortages and certainly has its benefits, wealthy corporations have exploited the rules to undercut the pay of American workers by hiring immigrant workers at lower wages for longer working hours.

The far-right just unveiled their intent to cut SNAP & Medicare benefits for millions of Americans.

While many struggle to pay for groceries & healthcare, government should be in the business of making these things more affordable, not more expensive.
