Robert's book, Where are the Fellows who Cut the Hay: How Traditions from the Past Can Shape Our Future was LONGLISTED FOR THE WAINWRIGHT PRIZE 2024. Robert is currently working on his next book which explores our evolving relationship with soil. He lives near the Suffolk coast and is founder of the Leiston Book Festival, which focuses on books that explore our changing landscape and environment. www.robertashton.co.uk
