Playing with the Platinum color 3D printer filament. Made a simple gamepad case for my Apple II "funpad". Would people be interested in such a thing if I sold them?

I like 65816 Assembly Language. I like making things. I'm responsible for GSplus emulator, though I'm shifting focus back to core KEGS. Hopefully have more news soon.

Three Apple IIgs slot covers, middle is printed in the new Platinum PLA filament.
@museumjoe.bsky.social Quick 3d print test and I'm satisfied.
Review:
-cost: $21.99+$9.58 -very good for niche product (can't always get free shipping)
-speed: 4 biz days to Midwest US -great
-color match: excellent
Score 5/5. Didn't need, but if you have a IIgs and printer, you OWE it to yourself.
Ordered. I'll let you know how it goes.

13.02.2025 01:49 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0A video for Apple IIgs Desktop programmers. Bill Atkinson (of Atkinson Dithering and Apple Lisa/Mac fame) gives great insight on the design principles of QuickDraw, Regions, FontManager, and other pieces that would eventually become part of the Mac and Apple IIgs toolbox calls.

After too many weeks, my TCP/IP Link Layer driver is finally working! But I still have many fixes and optimizations to do. Code (and card) coming soon. The card is not my work. I'm just working on Apple IIgs firmware/support.
I wanted to wait, but here's a sneak peek.

Two weeks ago we had a really fun game jam for the Foenix 256. I was able to do a complete text adventure in 2 days and added graphics in the finale. It's a great little machine and easy to program if you know 6502-type machines (or BASIC).

SenseiPlay v2.0 is released for the Apple IIgs and the code is now in the public domain. Download disk image from the releases page.

That's cool. Klax is a great fit for the IIgs since there's no scrolling. You'll still be limited by how slow the graphics RAM writes are, but if you can avoid updating the whole screen you will have no problem achieving good frame rates. What language are you using?
