Hey, do any of y'all know about building code?

I'm working on very basic blueprints of my Tavern and have some questions.

The issues I have with this plate:

* The long divider isn't centered on the plate and therefore doesn't accurately represent the diameter of the circle.
* Because of the above, the short divider also doesn't represent the radius.

Verdict - I couldn't eat off these plates -.-
