I'd advise looking up the differences between the two as I'm definitely not the most knowledgeable on the technical differences, but no-- while they are quick drying, alcohol markers use an ink different from paint. And are usually limited to just paper use, unlike acrylic markers
Heya! I honestly can't say that I recall posting anything mainly colored with colored pencils (that's a medium still out of my realm of expertise), but I have posted a lot using alcohol and acrylic markers!
Namely, Ohuhu (for alcohol) and Arrtx (for acrylic). I really enjoy them both!

I know! I’ve been hoping to eventually find it locally as opposed to trying to buy it online, but I was not expecting it quite so soon *and* when financially still possible in the moment!!

How fun! It's still hard for me to jump into *any* deck builder, unfortunately, even though I'm discovering that I do adore them when I finally land on one. But once I do, I wholeheartedly agree: once I start to further grasp the rules/mechanics, I get obsessed, haha
