Info graphic explaining the specularity spectrum (a term I made up), comparing how reflective or dull some materials are compared to others. On the one extreme end there's a mirror (maximum reflectivity); on the other end a dull material like Vantablack or rough wood (least reflectivity).

The key to realistically paint materials is to understand the "Specularity Spectrum" (term made up by me).

Once you understand how reflective or not something is, you can roughly deduce how much you need to emphasize form shadows vs reflections (highlights), or whether to combine both.

З забавного, вона так плакалася на ту північ, а тепер засмучена, бо в мутаці в неї була купа подружок…

Я так друзів заводити не вмію 🫣😅

О, їх нарешті розподілили і навіть виглядає, що наче в доволі непогане містечко. Прийнамні трошки ближче до цивілізації і подалі від країни 404.

За цей місяць в мами були такі приколи зі здоровʼям, що я прямо дуже сподіваюся, що їй полегшає.

Блін, мені тут нещодавно розповідали, як знайома пізно приїхала в лікарню і їй вже не встигли зробити епідуралку 🚬 людину, блін, розрізали без анестезії в результаті, який нахрін природний біль 😣

Ну… я здавала, але не стріляла в незнайомих людей 🥲 хоч щось мене оминуло, бо звучить не дуже безпечно. І на щастя це закінчилося приблизно з 90ми, коли я в школу пішла.

О, і в нас на районі і в бабусі, їх в основному в якихось кіосках приймали, тож сморід пунктів мене теж оминув.
