#IDSky, is there a good study that shows development of a MDR organism for a patient results in worse outcome?

Obviously would need to control for a lot of confounders but wondering if someone has attempted and somewhat succeeded.

Makes sense to me given neurologic injury and importance of hgb to likely recovery.

Interesting, I was hoping they would have gut microbiome as a sample type as there’s been some literature suggesting it has a role in efficacy of immunotherapy/CART
