Thank you for sharing your experience. I was also refused to have my tubes tied 30ish yrs ago for the same reasons. It wasn’t an emergency so I didn’t persue it. Can’t begin to imagine the fury for not being allowed to having a uterus removed in an emergency

Disabled people are not “getting a free ride”.

You can’t dismantle systems of oppression like patriarchy if you don’t include ALL marginalized & oppressed individuals.

That includes trans people.

While I agree, I’d like to aa that for many many women Menopause is very hard to deal with.

Boycotting large chains is a privilege.

Protesting is a privilege.

Moving States or countries is a privilege.

Prepping is a privilege.

Growing your own food is a privilege.

Stockpiling meds is a privilege.

Far too many of the “solutions” to fascism are inaccessible to many disabled people.

They’ve been helping for months. I believe it when I see it.
