The armoire will be updated to include: all job-specific (artifact) gear and all gear from dungeons introduced in 7.x patches. They are also going to gradually roll out the ability to store gear from earlier dungeons and the ability as well as store them as outfit glamour.

Regarding player housing, there will be increased placement limits for indoor and outdoor items. The new limits can be consulted in the chart pictured.

The final Cosmic Exploration destination will be "Auxesia" exoplanet.

A new Ocean Fishing route "Thavnair" will be added to to the roster of destinations.

Players will be able to "nuture their beasts" in the 'Crucible of the Unbroken', a "dedicated single-player experience" that is unlike any previous content in Final Fantasy XIV so far.

"Up to three beasts" can accompany you at one time, and based on the ones you pick, your tactics will change accordingly. Use the "instinct system" to fight in tandem with your beasts.

The Beastmaster will weaken bests in the wild before attempting to capture them and "up to 50 types of beasts can be tamed". Capturing beasts will complete your "Master's Bestiary". All beasts can be captured through solo play & you can call upon them to walk beside you.
