2nd ed is better imo. With the support of the app (which has an amazing narrator) and the ability to add board tiles as you discover them, I don't find it too bothersome to set up. Unlike Arkham Horror, which takes forever to set up AND play.

Working on another concept art piece for The Cunning Folk V2. Not sure where the idea for a floating goldfish lantern spirit came from, but I'm loving it!

I do love me a solo ttrpg! My favourite is probably Apawthecary. You're a little animal person going on a journey, gathering supplies, and healing people you meet. Very wind in the willows, but has a crafting system and sometimes time limits depending on how serious the ailment is! Highly recommend.

You're right, I really should invest in some kind of easel or stand... but then I'd be tempted to spend a million dollars on paints and canvases and then I'd be destitute and living on the streets! It's a slippery slope. But at least my back wouldn't hurt... hmmm 🤔😂
