Thank you for recognizing and saying this 🥲. As a producer it is SO HARD to be in the middle of upper management more focused on solutions and resiliency. If they don't first validate feelings it starts to feel like gaslighting, so we then have to find ways of doing both while not denegrating leads

i am always happy to be on a team that complains. a team that complains cares about making a great thing together & they care enough about each other to complain in the first place. it's hard, but it's good.

i am much more concerned about a quiet team, which speaks to fear, apathy, or ignorance.
