Ball is Life
The state of Georgia is using the body of a brain-dead woman as an incubator. Because she was 9 weeks pregnant when she died, and their abortion ban is from about 6 weeks, they are sustaining her on life support, without input from her family, until 32 weeks of gestation. A true dystopian nightmare.

People who became ultra-wealthy from their degrees do not have student debt.
It’s people from working class backgrounds that hold student debt.
They cancelled PPP loan debt, they can cancel student loan debt.
22.04.2025 13:18 — 👍 647 🔁 120 💬 15 📌 3The idea that student debt is held by the wealthy is simply detached from logic and reality.
Someone who takes out a loan to go to school is not rich. Someone struggling to pay it back is not rich.
These are working class people who are struggling.
The working class means those who must work to pay their bills.
McDonald’s workers are working class.
Walmart cashiers are working class.
Social workers are working class.
There is an entire political movement that believes the statement “if you work full-time in America, you should be able to pay your bills and have a savings account with your paycheck” is radical.
We must come to an agreement that it’s not radical to demand that.
Someone should be able to apply to a place like Walmart or Target, work full-time, and be able to provide for themselves with that paycheck alone.
That’s not radical, it’s rational.
These corporations are making so much money, their employees should be able to pay their bills.
DUUUVAL.

The EU will protect its consumers and businesses.
We are launching swift, proportionate countermeasures worth up to €26 billion, matching the economic impact of the US tariffs.

We deeply regret the US tariffs imposed on Europe.
Tariffs are taxes.
They are bad for business, and even worse for consumers.
Today Europe takes strong but proportionate countermeasures.
We remain ready to engage in dialogue ↓
This is truly an attack on veterans. They stripped billions from the PACT Act toxic exposures fund. As Leader @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social makes clear. This is outrageous.

Cutting funding means thousands like her suffer without care. Veterans deserve better
