One of my major gainer awakenings was this gif of a fat guy on tumblr in like 2019-2020 who was dribbling cum through rubbing his dick against his fatpad and I don’t think I’ve ever seen it again since then so the best I can do is get as fat as I remember him being and recreate it from memory. 👍
