I'll never quiet understand Microsoft Design. They honestly have an amazing library of wallpapers that they distribute and showcase in the worst way possible.

And when you bother to look at it, you find gems like this one and wonder; why isn't this in Windows?

Then again, who cares? Because while Microsoft implores people to read these before upgrading, inevitably, these articles will have been rewritten in a few days to mention all the things they forgot anyways.

More than 10 years into this program, but I'm sure that one of these days, Microsoft will be able to get the release notes out by the time they release a build and have the links work properly.
