🌡️18°C at St John’s Beck | 17°C at Keswick | 16.1°C at Seathwaite.
Fish get stressed at 18°C. We’re not even in summer yet.

Bird of the day yesterday was a Grasshopper Warbler and today was a Curlew. Both in meadows behind those trees on the side of Bassenthwaite Lake. Both species are on the Red List for Conservation Concern.

Built by Conscientious Objectors' "housed" in Dartmoor Prison during The Great War this is a road that goes nowhere, has no purpose and exemplifies the petty vindictiveness of the majority to those minorities whose views do not conform to their own.
