Yeah I was wondering about that. Something I wondered about for the first time was how much respectability politics there are in white families that span low/upper class, which didn't really register to me (idk my Irish side, and the other asian sides are primarily affluent)

my America trip.. USA feels like an accidental experiment on the psychological effects of making everything too big. Driving thru rural IL for the 1st time drilled home how much physical and internet-mediated-mental-distance there is between ethanol-corn farmers and e.g. consultant class

Banjo kazooie strength is its sense of place, and along those lines its sequel is great even if tedious from various angles. Yeah you gotta take notes and draw maps but it's ok. Sometimes I think Banjo kazooie1+2 walked so dark souls could roll
