Found a good solution for enjoying weird old PS1 lightgun games on a modern tv - the PlayStation mouse!

Current niche interest: beautiful old board games. This one has everything, a full 3D temple, a sword in a stone, rotating floors, a giant golden idol, a gemstone treasure

This is a great fun game mechanic - once you steal the sword and get to the idol, you have to push it into one of the six slots. If you guess correctly, the gemstone will tumble out the hole at the bottom

These two particular games are mouse compatible, yes!

It really seems like the kind of game that'll get very hard by the end...

It does have a 2 player mode but I haven't tried it. And no, it doesn't seem to have a North American release!

seems like you may be better than the average player at aiming and shooting, and so you had lots of ammo - I won't deny there's a lot of ammo in normal mode though. Definitely try hard mode!!

I have all three of them on Playstation 1! unfortunately they’re not compatible with the mouse

It’s delightful! You have to protect a little guy as he walks along. Such a great idea for a lightgun game
