... I guess because I've never had a dedicated style or flavor I draw in its really hard to promote general commissions for anything because I'm not known for anything in particular that I know of.

Yeah it kinda sucks that everyone has to cater to the largest audience in the US so if things go bad there everyone is kinda screwed xD I've been in the community 10 years and I've never felt it this bad.
I've always had worse luck with like ychs and stuff so I kinda stopped making them..

I appreciate you saying that ;3; it just feels bad and I just dont want to have to discount my prices again to get a bite but maybe I'll have to just feel like I'm underselling myself for a while to get some interest back..

This is how I do typically deal with clients etc, I've just been seeing a bunch of artists post commission slots etc via kofi and didn't know if people in general just preferred ordering through it for some reason :s

So kofi feels more safe to you than just through PayPal directly ? ^^
