The original STAR WARS will be re-released in theaters on April 30, 2027, which will be the 8th anniversary of Peter Mayhew’s death and would be Uncle Owen actor Phil Brown’s 111 birthday.

STAR WARS: A NEW HOPE will be re-released in theaters on April 30, 2027 to celebrate the film’s 50th anniversary. It will continue to screen in theaters during May the 4th.
