without many options. I just need one doctor to acknowledge I have chronic pain. It is the bare minimum, than I can pursue further care for long term. Otherwise I'll lose my insurance, lose my mental health services because I can't afford it out of pocket, lose my medical care and be stuck without

enough, so risk losing insurance which will only prevent any care I do need from being done, lack of care, lack of access to care, self managing is not enough. And cannot get back in with the psychologist who diagnosed my AuDHD so I can't prove that either 🫠

I'm so tired and frustrated and left

Being stuck in the undiagnosed loop of doctors not believing me, developing medical trauma because of that, not seeing doctors for a long time, needing diagnosis to prove I'm disabled despite the inability to walk without mobility aids and living in pain 24/7, not being able to see doctors soon

Representation is so important in every aspect of life I hate purity culture!

I just do not understand the rabid purity and hateful culture around enjoying fandom now. Especially since we as disabled people finally are feeling more seen with representation in such mainstream media. For people to be this openly and proudly showing that side is shocking at the rate it is

They think disability is ugly and shouldn't be "shown or [glorified]" in their disgusting phrasing

It's legit ALWAYS ableist people! Every fucking time!

That moment when you put on a new brace and your kneecap is finally in correct placement the pain is gone but the joint feels super weird because it's been slightly misaligned for so long that it's mildly uncomfortable being correct 🤣

I'm so frustrated that replacing medical equipment just got 30% more expensive because of this shit trade war. But as per usual disabled people are for some reason always in the line of fire for conservatives thinking we're all abusing the system simply by existing.

There is supposed to be an exemption for medical equipment for tariffs and import fees. I just ordered a replacement cane and I got slapped with over $50 in import fees for it. The site I ordered from said they had an exemption on all medical equipment.

Fandoms stopped being a fun escape from reality when people started spreading the belief that you should prioritize purity over pleasure and the art you create must be a reflection of your moral standards at all times.

This is a PSA for anyone who follows artists: Your comments are NOT annoying! I think I speak for many of us we are starved for praise on our work so please if you have something to say lay it on thick WE LIKE IT. I promise you it is not seen as cringe or a bother, we love the interaction!
