The cast list for Dustwalker: An Audio Drama has been revealed! I got the role of Coriander, a sweet & sassy corvid who is a loyal companion of Arius.

We are going to begin #crowdfunding for arc 1 of our #audiodrama Minus 219 on Monday September 15th!

What’s next? The trailer will be released in late September—before then, a couple of formal character introductions will be made (along with the release of some official art!). Stick around if you’d like!

Randal L. Wung plays Byron, a jovial barkeep; @ajwmsvoices.com plays Ms. Greene, a hard-edged elderly market seller; and @redspartanarts.bsky.social plays Fin, an upstart who sells stolen HRT & other trans goods.

Luiza Mendes plays Senator Dahlia, a young & outspoken politician; Dylan Nguyen plays Orator Tuân, the presiding officer of the Senate; and @littlelobstrosity.bsky.social plays the Crown Patriarch—decidedly not a crustacean and much more likely to be the leader of the Calarian Church.

Dustwalker: An Audio Drama Supporting Cast. Maganda Marie (she/her) as Jex (she/her). Nicky Benoit (he/they) as Lily (they/them).

We have two outer city rebels--with @magandamarie.bsky.social as Jex, a rather irresolute partisan, and @nickybenoitva.bsky.social as Lily, Jex’s adoptive child.

Dustwalker: An Audio Drama Supporting Cast. Althea Walmisley (she/they) as Belvidere Vallis (he/they) and Senator Lysander (he/him). Kadecia (she/they) as Romina (she/her).

Next, @althea-va.bsky.social plays Belvidere Vallis & Senator Lysander—the former a particularly influential figure in Calarian politics (the latter, not so much). Kadecia plays an important scientist, professor, and mother—Romina, who will feature prominently in the upcoming trailer.

Dustwalker: An Audio Drama Supporting Cast. Amy D. Davis (she/her) as Coriander (he/him). Katelyn Martin (she/her) also as Coriander (he/him).

We have two actors playing the sweet & sassy corvid known as Coriander: @g-willikers.bsky.social and Katelyn Martin! This fella is completely loyal to Arius—it’s rare you won’t see (or hear) them together.

Dustwalker: An Audio Drama Supporting Cast. David John-Bores (he/him) as Deveraux Menzi (he/him). Savy Des-Etages (she/her) as Juneaux Menzi (she/her).

A prominent character in the second half of the season, @davidjohnbores.bsky.social plays Deveraux Menzi, a politician on a quest for closure after the departure of his sister. With Savy Des-Etages as Juneaux Menzi, the aforementioned sister who will be appearing in memory sequences.

Dustwalker: An Audio Drama Main Cast. Jayde Violet Hampton-VanSant (they/she) as Kove (she/her). Nyx Calder (they/he) as Arius Rosemund (he/him).

This story starts with our two leads. I’m excited to present @redblaquegolden.bsky.social as Kove, a cynical trans orphan from the edges of Calaria, and Nyx Calder as Arius Rosemund, a trans politician who was supposed to be Kove’s adoptive father.

I will be drawing from both the CCC and the google form submissions for future roles, so don't despair too much if I never reached out!

In addition to this--a very, very late THANK YOU to everyone who sent in an audition (or two, or three)! I received over 1000 submissions and I'm extraordinarily honored so many people wanted to be a part of this.

I wish I could be all mysterious about this but the cast list for Dustwalker will be posted TOMORROW! :)
