Rei is pretty nifty

The trail to the summit of Mt Rainier is one of the most beautiful hikes I've ever done. Lush grasses and abundant wildflowers blanket the landscape in greens and pops of color. The peak of Mt Ranier looms above, larger than I can possibly capture on a canvas, golden clouds of fog clinging to the sides of the mountain. I used thick brush strokes of oil paint laid side-by-side on the canvas to capture the strong shapes and texture of the mountain.
