Hello! Sorry for the pause in my days of all liquid diet posts I got in a binge cycle and came to the realization that for me personally it's not sustainable longer than two or three days at a time. Having said that I'm gonna start doing just regular what I eat restricting / fasting. Again apolgies❤️

Second of Three 12 hour shifts feeling really tired and like I could honestly fall asleep any moment I'm not actively doing a task.
